There are two types of beanies that a store or collector may posess:
Used or unused.
A used beanie: has had the swingtag removed, has
the beanie handled multiple times, played with, or 'loved', may have
writing on the beanie or tags, or may be dirty. WE DO NOT BUY USED BEANIES.
An unused beanie: has been purchased by
a collector, and has remained in the "new" condition since it was
purchased. It has the original swingtag intact and in perfect
condition, has never been played with or repetitively handled,
and has been kept in close quarters (like in a tupperware bin,
plastic bag, etc.) A beanie such as this is in "new/unused"
condition, and is clean and safe for us to purchase and resell
to our customers.
We do not buy normal common beanies that are in
used, played with, or handled condition. However, there
are many rare and valuable older beanies which are purchased by
our specialty collectors which we do buy in ANY condition.

Some Beanies are very very common and plentiful. Some
are old, rare and collectible. For the ones that are
common and plentiful ("commons" as we call them) they
MUST have a mint condition hang tag and tush tag,
and the Beanie must be in NEW condition as well,
in order for us to buy them from you. When we resell
these "common" styles, they need to be clean and like
new. There is nobody out there who wants creased,
dirty, played with "common" Beanies. HOWEVER, if you
have more rare, collectible styles of Beanies, like
Humphrey, Chilly, Peking, Web, Trap, Slither to name
a few, they CAN be in various conditions. Those styles
we will buy without a tag even if it's been lightly played with.

We will NOT buy the following:
- Common Beanies that are creased or have damaged swing or tush tags
- Common Beanies that are dirty
- Common Beanies that are missing the swing or tush tag
- Common Beanies that have writing on the swing or tush tag
- Common Beanies that have a price tag on the swing or tush tag
- Common Beanies that have been played with and are worn or soiled
- Common Beanies that are discolored
- Common Beanies that have a bad odor, especially animal scents, smoke, or other home odors

Unfortunately, there's not a simple
YES OR NO answer. Yes, we will buy them without the
tags if they are older, rare, more desirable styles
that we can sell without the tags. For example, Humphrey,
Chilly, Peking, Slither, Trap, Web, Flutter, Caw are
all styles we can buy tagless, but for the common
styles, they must have the tag and must be in at least
near-mint (like-new) condition in order for us to
be able to resell them. For more information on condition

Below you see three main "conditions".
The first has a mint condition tag. The second has
a creased tag, and the third has no tag. We use 'condition'
to determine the actual price we will pay.
